Question: Chloe took a taxi. Jack demolished the terrorists' cars. Where did that white van come from that Jack, Chloe and Derek were in later?
Comment: "Cold-blooded murder" - more of an execution. I took it Jack shoots the hitman because Palmer was his friend. Still, dumb move; no proof that the facts given were really all the hitman knew, and there were places he could lead them to which might have helped.
