My plan if elected is to conquer Mexico and dissolve its national government, then make it a U.S. territory. Next step would be a new deal type program to develope its infrastructure and natural resources including the constuction of a new canal from Coatzacoalcos to Salina Cruz to replace the canal we built in Panama.
