Remember that she crossed out "budget" and wrote in "tax".
I don't know why she did it, but it seemed emblematic of the GOP these days. Talk about the need for fiscal responsibility while ruling out any substansive cuts to already indebted programs. Hence the Tea Party motto: "Gov't handouts for me, but not for thee".

Lets all forget how the rightwing blogosphere, and particularly the subhuman rat named Michelle Malkin, treated those captured by terrorists who made anything like a "propaganda" video with knives at their throats.
Cause "everybody breaks" only when they are on our side - when they are even suspect lefties then we expect them to have their heads sawed off while singing the Star Spangled Banner or we call them traitors.
I don't think Malkin was in on the Jill Carroll travesty. Debbie Schlussel led the charge there.And btw, there were many bloggers on the right who did not criticize Carroll. You are incorrect in issuing a blanket condemnation like that.
You are correct, though. Those who criticized Carroll don't have a leg to stand on here.

That is another key indicator of being a ‘racist’; if you base your vote on the race or ethnic background of a candidate, for or against.
Another possible sign you are a racist is that you find it impossible to imagine any reason fthat any white could possibly vote for him except out of "white guilt" and that the only reason blacks vote for him is the color of his skin.
Sure, because its impossible that people might actually think that the guy is actually qualified. No, that would be impossible.

Maybe the Republican retort should be we are not interested in the color of your skin but the content of your character.
This would mean a lot more if so many of you didn't insist on seeing "evidence" of bad character in the most mundane and innocuous behaviors of people with different skin colors.

Climate change: I am of the opinion that one day we will see the whole global warming issue as one of the greatest hoaxes ever perpetrated on mankind designed for one purpose, the reduction of the power and influence of the United States..
Climate Change may not be as bad as some think, but the idea that its a deliberate hoax intended to undermine America is paranoid stupidity.
That paranoia-induced denial is exactly why the only solutions being offered come from the far-left. So long as we stay out of the park, they will be the only ones in the game. The public will think their solutions are the only solutions.
Its not a hoax. I dont care if you believe it because you will likely live long enough to see your error firsthand.

The old “It was Clinton’s fault” cry is dry and dusty. 9-11 happened 9 months into Bush’s term.
Don't get me started on the "Clinton ruined our Military" screed coming from people who overlook that Bush hasn't done anything to correct the damage in 8 years.
If Bill Clinton forgot to flush, Republicans would leave the log floating just so they could blame Clinton for the stink.
