I love this show. Only in 24 could they nonchalantly show Graham to be Bauer's brother. I just wish the writer's had not immediately show the strained relationship between Jack and his family. It would have been interesting to see Jack wrestle between family and country.
I will bet that Graham's son turns out to be Bauer's. The conversation between Graham and his extremely hot wife showed there was some tension between the two and it involved Jack.

You are right, so lets write about something real important. I just saw the first commercial about the upcoming season of 24. THAT is real important stuff. I have been spending some time thinking about how Jack gets away from the Chinese. Hopefully we do not get some gloss over where the story line does not pick up from his abduction.

KERRY STORY BUILDING TOWARD CRITICAL MASS
I think at this point, even if he does "condescend" to sincerely apologize to the troops (like he should), it will come out as Kerry not really apologizing, but succumbing to political pressure. It is scary to think about how close this man came to being CinC and scarier still how a good amount of the population will give this goober a pass.

I am a conservative, however, the Republican Party has, or is quickly becoming, a party of "Power for the sake of Power" much like to minority Democratic Party. The mis-calculation on the part of the Republican Party has been to think they can sweep things under the rug to protect their majority status, rather than out the malfeasance of their members, remove them from their seats and really show they are above the fray. In their zeal to protect their majority status in an election year, they have doomed it.

Gettysburg is sure to be a quagmire for the Union and they should pull out. President Lincoln has entered the war without enough troops and the horses do not have enough armor. Captured rebel troops have been illegally detained without the benefit of the legal representation and have not been charged with anything. Lincoln needs to be impeached.
(For realism sake, I thought that if you are going to blog about the war, you should have some sort of nonsensical rant from a "leftist", defeatist idiot:)

ZARQAWI DEAD: INSURGENCY LIVES
I found two things interesting about the death of Zarqawi:
1. The fact that it was information from an Iraqi, apparently from within his organization, that led to his death. Is this a sign that Iraqi's are starting to realize that they ultimately are responsible for cleaning up the mess in Iraq and need to get involved in assisting the coalition?
2. That upon the annoucement the Iraqi media, who was covering the Iraqi's PM announcement of Zarqawi's death, erupted in applause and cheering. How come they can differentiate between good and evil and our own media cannot?

As to the Dems needing 15 seats to retake the house, might as well add 2 or 3 because Republicans are already working with "on the fence" Dems to switch parties in case of a tie or a one member majority.
By the way, like a moth to a light, I came to this site in a robotic trance looking for the latest "24" entry. I still cannot believe that the season is over. Looks like this was a bad week to give up crack.
