Among FDR's more egregious non constitutional measures were 1)Imprisoning Nisei
2)Attempting to r3construct the Supreme Court.(I do agree it wasn't ipso facto,because he was trying to have an amendment,but few would argue the intent)
3)I'm not too thrilled about the third term (and more so fourth decision also.Although they wer3e executive precedents not laws
