YOUNG, STUPID THINK PROGRESS RESEARCHER LOSES SANITY IN PUBLIC

The supply of electrical in California would never have been a problem if the market had been deregulated -- the problem occurred because half the market was deregulated and the other half was not; an impossible situation.

You are correct that the Democrats won the last election, and can pass laws; those laws must pass Constitutional muster.

We are opining that the proposed laws are not Constitutional. You have no right to make me buy anything.

IMPRESSIVE TURNOUT IN DC FOR PROTEST

And isn't it amazing that it did not turn into a riot as most protest by the left do! Remember Seattle with I think it was the G8 summit. Also during the election I remember a bunch of leftist being thrown in jail during on of the conventions.

Don't think that if you keep pushing that these people can't get violent also. You leftist have been hoping for a revolution for years, be careful what you hope for. It is a scary time in this country, gun and ammo sales are through the roof. I have a good idea who is buying it and it's not the pathetic left. I only hope that we get thru this without any of it being used.

THE FORMERLY CONSERVATIVE BLOG KNOWN AS REDSTATE

Rick-
I've been reading your blog for a few years and I keep thinking that you're not really conservative. I read your posts and I feel that whiner tone over and over.

MICHAEL JACKSON, WORLD FAMOUS PEDOPHILE, DEAD AT 50

I took him for what he was....a trememdous talent with a sick personality. I liked him for his musical talent, but I don't idolize him. Every person has the right to lead a "strange, eccentric, bizarre and mysterious" life. In my opinion, we've had far greater people in the past to idolize.

People forget he was just a person. I have sympathy for his family for their loss of a relative. But the media coverage tells us where are priorities are. They're cashing in by keeping his memory alive.

NOTHING MUCH TO SAY ABOUT TILLER'S DEATH

There are many Americans like me that are so tired of decades of this screwy religious right wing psycho speak.
These folks call abortion murder, but it's not, it's legal, not murder.

They then advocate murder of people they don't agree with and call it justice. They have abandoned our countries legal system in preference to their own self-defined legal system where they speak for God and strike down in his name any one they choose.

This is no different than the radical Muslims we are engaged with overseas.

We are spending billions to protect us from Muslims who is protecting us from radical Christians?

Its has been proven to us once again that "Pro-life" is a misnomer. These right wing jihadists are rabid anti-abortionists. Like it or not abortion is legal.
These un-American radical groups should be viewed for what they truly are; domestic terrorists. They should not be allowed to spew their brand of hatred and disorder.

To the Gulag with them! All of them!

Gee...ya think they can use those Haliburton built concentration camps out in Utah we built to hold all the liberals?

ed.

WEAK TEA

Are you really blasting a group of rally's that were organized in a few short days, and managed to get a few hundred people at each one without any mention from a single member of the Main Stream Media? Imagine if the organizing efforts had been covered by Fox News? (You know, the media group you liberals blast as being ultra conservative despite it constantly being awarded the most balanced news network on TV.) Imagine if these "Tea Parties" had been promoted by each local station. And here's one that will blow your mind... Imagine if they had done all of that, and scheduled it for a Saturday when people had free time to attend.

How long will the MSM continue to ignore this? Probably as long as they can. Or until we start to realize that if the Media will not come to us, we will go to them. I'm sure Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS, etc would love to try to ignore a group of 50 standing behind their morning anchor waving signs during their telecast. Every station in NY has a window to the street behind the anchors for the morning show.

Perhaps we should have started with a "Tea Party" at 1 rockefeller plaza in NYC and let Ann Curry and Al Roker do their newscast while trying to ignore us.....

THE SANTELLI RANT: A RED BULL RUSH

It all boils down to this,

Families were outbidding each other on homes like the ponzi scheme it truly was.
They ramped up home prices well over 200% with the intention of moving out every 2 years with another 50% profit.

Now that their scheme has backfired due to the banks realizing these people never really had an income, the government wants to deduct money out of our earnings so we can pay for their outrageously overpriced home mortgages.

The younger generation will not be able to acquire these homes at the current price levels unless they too receive a government bailout.

Incomes simply do not support current housing prices.

Why can’t the government call a spade a spade?

REDEMPTION: THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE FAMILIAR

While not the best 24 I've seen, I guess it was necessary to get Jack back in the states for this season. Otherwise he'd have to be on a plane for the first 14 hours.
