FAIR IS FAIR: IDF BRINGS SHAME TO ITSELF
These guys are terrorists and I think Israel is right to parade them on TV. This is also a propaganda war, and much like Baghdad Bob, Hezzbollah's lies are being spread all over the Middle East. This has been done in Iraq, as well. I have no problem with terrorists being humiliated in front of the whole world. They belong to a shame culture and it is time to start shaming them.
Those Israeli soldiers are being tortured and brutalized, just like every other soldier captured by Hezzbollah. The Red Cross can't get into see these soldiers, so Hezz can just kiss off and die, period. Geneva Conventions should fall by the wayside, since only the US and Israel is truly expected to abide by them. The rest of the world ignores them in any other conflict.

Seriously, I don't think they will cover it, since it might bring the anti-Semitism bubbling up from their leftist base.

The Israelis were inserting paratroopers in this area over the weekend, while everyone was complaining about the ceasefire. Some ceasefire. I think this is the fog of war, and the Israelis may be doing a version of the lightning quick drive to Baghdad by the US. I love bloggers, but they are too quick to react to every little zig and zag, without considering the Great Game being played out for the long term. I was dismayed about this ceasefire until I saw the little report about the paratroopers, and I realized I could not rely on the diplospeak that always runs on two tracks. Israel is doing what they need to do, and with the crumbling of the UN meeting on Monday, has the time to do it. The slowdown focused attention on the south of Lebanon, while Israel was getting ready to rumble in the North.

I am no military expert, but I did stay at a Holiday Express once. I played alot of Risk and Axis and Allies, so I may be more qualified than the MSM to opine on these matters.
