I called it before the season began.....The "Wussification of Jack". The writers could not leave well enough along and just had to make Jack weaker and dare I say compassionate.
Except for season 1 (as we learned the characters) this season is slower to start.

CHLOE SLAUGHTERS GARAFALO IN GEEK SHOWDOWN
Bill's wife sounds like a obvious choice to head up this secret operation but what about Jack's dad. I can't remember him being killed in the last season. Killing Chloe will almost certainly kill me from watching. I love her character and quirkiness. Plus Jack will turn over all of earth to extract revenge.

Wow... how naked these leftists have become! They have exposed just how ugly they really are.
One thing is certain - as the blogs of good people have exposed the crimes of the MSM, they will also expose the crimes of unhinged individuals like these.
This won't harm the reputation of blogs, it will destroy the political aspirations of those who hope to proper by such crime... because this kind of stuff IS criminal.

Sorry for the namecalling. My senior sergeant has always told me to never punish when you are angry, and perhaps I should extend that tangentially to what I write.

That wasn't Grouchy, slublog, that was me. 'Smatter, never swore before when you were angry? I know Rick does.
So I used the word chickenhawk. Well, that's what I would call someone who advocates violence without putting themeselves in danger. Argue that(Rick, please know I am not calling you one, but Jeff Goldstein, you betcha).
As for me getting new material, perhaps you guys might like to consider some as well, like maybe something else besides calling the media traitors and enemies.
