I'm starting to think the only way to defeat these scum is to do as that letter-writer in CA wrote a few years ago as a letter to the editor:
Each time one of them kills one of us, we randomly hunt down and find 5, any 5, of them, and shoot them in the street.
Of course, we could go with Richard Bottoms' solution and just bury our heads in the sand and hope they won't bother us any more.
