IF ELECTED, OBAMA WILL BE MY PRESIDENT

Oh, and since it looks likely we're going to get pasted, lets make sure we take down the corrupt asshats who made this possible circa 2006. Like starting with every republican who voted for the bailout.

I'm with Hymen Roth, but I'm willing to compromise:

If we are willing to investigate, out, and attempt to utterly destroy the career and personal lives of every pundit or media hack that refused to read sex ed bills and merely parroted Obamabot talking points, or refused to read the IL infanticide bill, or found Alaskan dumpsters and zoning variances more interesting than Barack's PLO dinner mate Rashid Khalidi and a land deal with a convicted felon, or aided and abetted Obama's perpetual race hustle then I can look past this fraud of a man-child who deliberately tried to bait and impugn the honor of one of this country's most honorable and heroic men.

I would nominate Couric, Gibson, Milbank, Jonathan Alter, M. Isikoff, Joe Klein, Maureen Down, the entire masthead of the Newsweek, Time and most of the Washington Post for the gloves off, gotcha politics of personal destruction: Do compromising pictures of these individuals exist? Any Dan Rather incidents? Phoning in somebody elses work? Over-reliance on staff (Looking at you Couric, Gibson)? Behind in their tax payments? Cheating on their spouse, drugs, whatever... it's ALL good. Let's all agree to do the happy work of humiliating these profoundly duplicitious people who have commented from the sidelines for far too long.

If we are further willing to destroy every dem hack pol who politicized the war, slandered the troops, politicized the economy since 2002, politicized the economic crisis; then I for one we'll feel much better watching this affirmative action boob as he scans the expanding number of new and decidedly unfriendly faces that replaced his buddies with each of the next four State of the Union addresses. I'd nominate Murtha, Frank, Dodd, Pelosi, Reid, Durbin, Schumer and Rockafeller to start. Let's throw Emanuel and Axelrod on that bonfire too, since they're everything they imagined Rove was. Whose for turning this intensely ugly bloodsport on the second string & chatty spectators that have escaped this attention for far too long?

Oh, and let's make sure that we get our act together, clean up our nominating process with standardized primaries, (Thanks NY, NJ, and CT) and pick an actual conservative next time, so we actually nominate someone who can cobble together a rational economic plan on the first try and won't shy away from throwing a punch. And can someone please give Palin a national job (senator)for the next four years so she's ready on day one for the big show next time? She's too valuable to squander.

I have to agree with Rick. Somewhere during the second term of the Clinton presidency, I decided I would behave the way the GOP was behaving...hating the president of the other party. Back then, I was a down-the-line Democrat. When Bush won in 2000, I realized the only way out of the political ugliness was to realize that Bush was MY president as well. Once the Democrats starting bashing Bush the way that the Republicans bashed Clinton, I became an Independent. I don't like Obama, but if he win, I hope, I pray that he decides to govern from the center. If he is dragged down the Pelosi pipeline, he will pay in 2012. The ugliness can only stop one person at a time.

AYERS-OBAMA: THE VOTERS DON'T CARE

I'm a Republican voting for Obama, so it's an understatement to say I don't care. We got bigger fish to fry; if McCain's plan for fixing the financial markets is to grandstand and lash out at the Democrats, then we don't need him.

I'm all about country first, and I don't like having my patriotism questioned, especially by someone who may not be all there.

NOT MY VALUES

'Science' doesn't say life begins at conception? Pray tell, when DOES 'science' say life begins?

'WHY OBAMA CAN'T WIN' - CASTELLANOS

Would anyone care to vote for Barry Soetoro, Muslim, for President? Who is he? I speak of a man that is a disciple of Saul Alinsky, author of Rules for Radicals, who used the term "change" as a code word for creating a socialist revolution. I speak of a man that has political ties to Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, leaders in the Weather Underground Organization, a violent radical left movement. The Weathermen founding document called for the establishment of a "white fighting force" to be allied with the "Black Liberation Movement" and other "anti-colonial" movements to achieve "the destruction of US imperialism and the achievement of a classless world: world communism."

I speak of a man that wants to be our next president.

None other than Barrack Obama.

Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn were very instrumental in getting Obama’s state senate race off to a good start, when they had Barrack introduced to a group of very influential liberals of their district, in their home. But of course, the Obama campaign will deny the relationship. The campaign will deny most anything that will tarnish the image they have worked so hard to establish.

Followers of Barrack should know who they are voting for; the Muslim, the racist, the drug addict, the socialist, the elitist… , but wait a minute, when it comes to Obama, no one can know who they are really voting for.

Wake up America!

McCAIN IS TOO OLD TO BE PRESIDENT

McCain should name a top flight VP and pledge to be a one-term president.

I think that as doubts about Obama linger, despite the adulatory press coverage, that pledge and a strong VP would possibly put him over the top.

Particularly if he can rise to the occasion during debates.

THE IRAQIS ARE GROWING UP

While it was not a big part stated in the original goals (giving them the shot a self determined gvt) it WAS an early adjustment made in our goals and should be seen as such. Many will not see it that way but facts are facts.

We are now in the position to ensure that we have achieved and can secure an honerable retirement from the battlefield with a stong sense of a hard earned victory. One we earned with blood, treasure and sweat.

Whether it was specific to the original goal is immeterial.

No plan survives contact with the enemy after all.

I CAN'T WAIT FOR AN OBAMA PRESIDENCY

Because in the end all that seems to matter to either party is POWER and the pursuit/exercise of such. What can be said to make people realize that the POWER is not the be all and end all?

Can't you see this man is an inexperenced fraud just this side of MARXIST?

"The greatest dangers to Liberty lurk in insidious encroachment by men of zeal, well meaning but without understanding" - Louis Brandeis

This man Obama has much zeal and NO understanding of how this country has succeeded and workd for over 200 years. Democrats! I APPEAL to logic and reason! STOP this flirting with a total political lightweight that will do untold damage to our great Republic.

I imagine it will fall on deaf ears however.
