Personally, I think you're lending an awful lot of credence to and oft-discredited source. Absent a more credible source, I believe that no matter what their bureaucratic function, military procurement understands the demand and does their level best to meet it.

The staff editorial cartoonist recommends that we give our Constitution to Iraq since "We aren't using it." This in reference to the Patriot Act. I contend that he missed the mark but a wide margin.

I honestly never thought there would be anything that would induce in me the desire to burn an American flag. Should this amendment pass, however, I might have to re-think that.
