OBAMA SUPPORTERS UNDERCUT CANDIDATE'S CRITIQUE OF MCCAIN

Remember the days when GWB was 'flagged' by the media and the Dems for 'talking down' the economy. Bush's crime: noting a factual statistic (measure of leading indicators) without much elaboration.

Now, the Chicken Little media and Dems take turns to see who can hyperventilate the most. It's just par for the course over the last eight years: BDS has turned the brains of the left/MSM/Dems to mush.

I PREFER THE 'PROM DRESS' ANALOGY MYSELF

"Too bad the dems had to run such a candidate as Obama"

If Dems are so much smarter than Republicans, how could they have chosen Obama, the weakest candidate from their field? How could they abandon Dean after a single set back and jumped in Kerry's arms - a Massachusatts liberal?

The Republicans picked Bush over McCain in 2000 - hard to say if McCain would have beaten Gore (game theory - would Gore have run away from the 90s vs a Washington guy?). And now the Republicans picked the only guy from their possible nominees that might win in November.

OBAMA'S "GLASS HOUSE" OFFENSIVE

Wait a second. Wasn't calling someone an elitist a low blow, as determined by the refs/MSM, in 2004?

If that's a nit, why doesn't the MSM, which collectively justifies exposing morale failures on the right due to the hypocrisy, call out the hypocrisy of all these rich lefties calling for a roll back of the Bush tax cuts none of whom pay taxes at the higher rate? The hypocrisy is far greater on the latter's part after all: the disgraced religious leader has proven to be human - failing to live to standards he/she set - while the not so principled leftie can, with a simple order to the accountant, adhere to his professed beliefs.

McCAIN IS TOO OLD TO BE PRESIDENT

McCain needs to get his Mom on the campaign trail as much as she's able. Include her in campaign ads too. Everyone knows an 'oldster' that has lost/is losing his or her mind but everyone also knows 'oldsters' that are sharp. McCain's Mom is in the latter camp and suggests that McCain might be too. I think a better line of attack is the impact of McCain's prison stint. That argument can't, or at least shouldn't, be raised in polite company but there's nothing polite about politics.
