"his job as grocery store stocker".
Coming from an unemployed former Piggly-Wigglty manager, I found this quite amusing.

“I thought that was an effective dramatization of an historic event,†Mr. Platt said, “and it seemed Cyrus had the ability to deal with lots of research and sources.â€
And based upon what we have learned about the script, Platt could not have been more wrong.

Catchy! Make sure to trademark it before you start screening it on tote bags.Comment Posted By tbogg On 30.08.2006 @ 11:25
Incidentally, you seem inordinately concerned with my use of prescription drugs. But you needn’t be. Truth is, I just kinda dig what they do to me.
If I lived your reality, I'd probably enjoy the alternative too.
And really now... two hours to come up with the snappy retail banter? No wonder you've never been published.Comment Posted By tbogg On 25.07.2006 @ 23:46
Come now, Jeff. The idea of people who actually work for a living needn't be so threatening or mysterious. Just ask your wife. But if it bothers you so much, perhaps you can ask for a dosage increase...Comment Posted By tbogg On 25.07.2006 @ 20:52
As usual you have hit the nail on the head and we will have to fall back on the less amusing, but no less accurate, "coward" when referencing your crowd.
We hope this meets with your approval...not that we really care since you guys really do have a problem with that whole "connotation" thing.Comment Posted By tbogg On 25.07.2006 @ 20:25
That said, politics is a full contact sport. And liberals who whine about being called out for either their rhetoric or lack of moral courage should take their complaints somewhere else. Don’t bring them here. So, in other words, you want to dish it out but you don't want to take it. You want to complain... but you don't want anyone to argue with you.
We will then leave your comments to you and your readers where you guys can high-five each other celebrating your superior moral rectitude. Later you can have cupcakes. A dozen should be enough.Comment Posted By tbogg On 9.07.2006 @ 17:01
