This bill could kill the GOP - as could any massive reform/amnesty. How can enfranchising 12-20 million new voters from left-leaning socialist countries (with political cultures of entitlements and cryonyism) benefit a party of limited government conservatives ?
While I recognize that the hispanic community's entepeneurship and social conservatism could allow for inroads, bread and circuses tend to win in the end - and that game is firmly dominated by the Left.
