Well, now even Fox News has accepted the notion that Bush and the Feds were a day late in responding to the disaster. Of course, no one EVER states what it is he should have done earlier and how. But even the conservatives seem to be accepting this as a given fact. So can SOMEONE please explain to me what exactly President Bush and the Feds are supposed to have done a day earlier, and on which day exactly he was to have done it?
