SANTAYANA WASN'T AN HISTORIAN

I lived and worked in Japan during the late Eighties. Even there, people bitched and moaned about the rampant corruption. It pales, of course, in comparison to the left-wing fanatics who run our current Congress and White House. Even if your premise is correct that infrastructure projects create some sustainable growth, it doesn't factor into the equation an economic illiterate as chief executive and unadulterated crooks in our equivalent of the Diet. In the end, the infrastructure projects made Japan a stronger economy only because money was drained from social programs that had made the country resemble the government-dependent whorehouse what our Democrats envision.

I know you either don't see it or won't admit it just yet, but this is the Left's last gasp in the United States. The waste has to be enormous for them because in less than two years they won't be able to go to the well and rape the taxpayers with impunity.

IS CONSERVATISM REALLY DEAD?

Yawn.

I'll go to the Daily Dish to get this worthless horseshit fresh.

Last comment period, Rick. When you put your finger to the wind, does it get cold or become a divining rod? I aways wanted to understand the process.

Chiao forever, bore.

Forever? Forever and ever? Oh darling, please come back. I couldn't bear the thought of you being out of my life forever. To never hold you again? To never kiss your sweet lips? To never feel your tender caresses?

I'l tell you the truth; 13 year old drama queens bore me. As do shockingly shallow dolts who obviously find most of the writing and comments on this site so far over his head he resorts to childish ploys to get attention. If you don't know what people are talking about, I have one piece of advice; don't open your mouth and let the whole world know how ignorant you are.

OF IDEOLOGY AND IDIOCY

In the end. the every-oily Obama only could seduce two--TWO--Republicans in the House or Senate to betray the American people. Every single Senate Democrat voted to gang rape voters. Hell is coming to them. It is coming soon. It is coming to a Democratic senator or congressman and eventually president near you. Swine and whores, all. That was a brief little honeymoon for the Democrat trash, wans't it? I think we can puy Obama in Bush negative territory within a year if he continues to expose what a mindless wad of human excrement he truly is. The eloquent junkie is naked before us all. I will enjoy kicking the shit out of this piece of trash from now until we defeat him. His party first in 2010 and then the clueless fool who leads it.

It appears even the Quisling wing of the GOP has said "no." Reid has stopped "burning the midnight oil." Will Reid announce the war is lost?

I just read your column a second time, and you didn't make a direct analogy between how the Democrats acted post-Iraq and the current opposition of Republicans to this pork bill before it passes. This is something rare on line: I apologize to the extent I misconstrued that point.

The so-called stimulus plan is a pork-laden load of shit. Obama failed when he allowed a Congress controlled by his own party to write it.

The Republicans are not rooting for failure. They are acknowledging that this bill will in fact fail and bring about economic disaster. It would be irresponsible of them not to oppose it. In fact, I have never been prouder to be a Republican than I have been in the last few weeks.

The siren call to roll over for a popular president has been resisted. Given this wasteful nonsense effectively would render Obama a failed president, he should fall on his knees and thank Republicans if they stop this bullshit. His ire would rightfully be directed at the Democrats who foisted this crap on him. His lack of administrative experience does not allow him to do so.

Your analogy is piss poor. Democrats rooted for failure after troops were committed to Iraq and after they retook Congress. What they did before the invasion was proper and necessary. If this boondoggle passes, it will be up to the Republicans who will retake Congress in 2010 (and it will happen as a direct result) to make this bullshit work the best it can, if that is at all possible. Therein is the difference and where you are all wet.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO OBAMA'S 'WELL OILED MACHINE?'

The only "well-oiled machine" was the campaign. Obama's actual governance has degenerated into a joke. Obama's woeful inexperience had led him to trust D.C. grandees who drip oil to administer trillions and left-wing loons like Pelosi to draft the legislation to spend it. This isn't the trainwreck. It's only the sound of the train jumping the tracks. The actual crash will be much uglier.

PRESIDENT OBAMA HATES WHITE PEOPLE AND WANTS THEM TO DIE

In a massive way, Kentucky is worse than NOLA. Obama is a total public policy ignoramus with a sycophantic media. Whie His Ignorance dithers with how to pose for the camera, hundreds of thousands of people will shiver and the media will ignore the tragedy. In a matter of one week, Barack Obama has supplanted Bush as the worst president of this century. That is no small feat.

OBAMA IS FUMBLING HIS FIRST SNAP FROM CENTER

Oh, Chris. The urgency is predicated on the ability of folks to read. Dems hate that literarcy shit, and Exhibit 1 is their public education system.

The best thing that could happen to Obama would be that this pork-laden fiasco languished and died in the Senate. My guess is, unfortunately for the country and its battered economy, the one-party domination of D.C. will shove through this scandalous hyper-inflation machine. The Republicans have been smart to force the Democrats to own this monstrosity. It isn't banking on failure but merely acknowledging failure's likelihood. While I suspect this over-reaching nonsense to lead to huge GOP mid-term congressional gains, bear in mind a Republican Congress probably would help Obama in the sense that the Democratic Far Left loons would be marginalized.

As an American, though, it disheartens me to realize the president is an economic illiterate and all-round dumb fuck on domestic matters. This may be the result of his feel-good election on "getting out of Iraq" and not being expected to know his ass from a hole in the ground on domestic issues but this nation will suffer because of it. People who only now have noticed what a pathetic lightweight Obama is share the most blame.

It is early and we could speculate this disaster, basically Obama's economic Iraq, would be a one-time event. Sadly this appears to be what we can expect from his four years--eloquent ignorance and incompetence.
