Sorry, Carol Johnson from comment nr 5, you are really out of your rocker... Just put on your glasses and look at the picture again...

1. There are plenty of hands holding the stretcher.
2. Nothing is out of proportion.
3. Why should the guy look at the wounded man and not under his legs?
4. Which he BTW certainly has? Just look again?
