Its true. UBL sounds like a cross between Howard Dean and Al Gore and its really quite sad. Were all gonna have to come together at some point and take this guy out cause I'm getting sick of looking at his ugly mug.

Yes, I agree that it should be banned entirely. Everyone knows how dangerous it is to smoke and most sensible people who smoke have found a way to quit.

It's kind of sad and depressing to see that the Discovery channel had to create a documentary proving that our government had nothing to do with 911.
I can't imagine how someone could become as partisan, pathological, and obscenely offensive as a 'truther.'

Actually we still havent 'come home' from WWII. And the Russians and Brits had a large role in that horrible war that claimed so many lives. You make it sound like Americans blew a bugle one morning and emerged victoriously the next day with one hand tied behind its back.

Very personal and interesting entry. I don't think I have the guts to get that personal on the internet with a bunch of strangers :-)
If your dad was an 'FDR liberal' he would probably be indicted as a warmonger and murderer of starving children by todays progressive liberal standard. Even 'compassionate conservatives' (Republican liberals) would reel in horror at an FDR style of leadership.
