Nice to see that liberals are still believing the mainstream media, like the CBS poll mentioned above. The majority of people asked were democrats.

Reid is an older version of Daschle. Crazy! Can not believe what comes out of his mouth and is seriously reported in the NY Crimes! You got to love the Dems; Reid, Dean, Schumer, Clinton, etc. They are the best team to help the Republicans win in 06 and 09.
It is also great to see some conservatives firing back by comparing Scooter to Clintons proven crimes. It is about time that Bill becomes an issue. Time to stop being polite......

I don't know if I missed this in your posts this a.m., but I think the least plausible point (or, if you will, the biggest plot hole) is what happens now with the Chinese. I guess I buy that the Secret Service guy is taken in by Jack's stopped heart (if that is what happened), but what happens next? Palmer calls the Chinese embassy and tells them - oops, Jack Bauer tried to escape and was killed in the escape? And then we are supposed to believe that they will say something like "OK, thanks for calling"? I find it totally unbelievable that the Chinese will not (a) insist on some proof of death and that the dead guy is Jack Bauer (remember, they have a database of CTU agents they used to get a photo of Bierne) and (b) that even if they were somehow convinced that Bauer is dead they will not insist on escalating the issue to whether higher-ups were involved.
