Was I the only one that looked at the group around the table directing the President and thought it was meant to reflect the dreaded 'neocon cabal' acting as puppeteer to Bush? It seemed to me like it was cribbed from an old left blogosphere conspiracy theory. I'm talking about before W became Bushitler when he was just denigrated for being dumb and malleable - which describes Logan quite nicely, though you have to also throw in 'crumbles in a crisis' for Logan.Comment Posted By Sweetie On 26.04.2006 @ 15:48
Paddy O'Shea for President! He knows what he's doing.
All the Dems need are better slogans, you know.Comment Posted By Sweetie On 21.04.2006 @ 15:01
I wonder if this guy is related to Jon Carroll at the San Francisco Chronicle. A few months ago a religious group paid to put up anti-abortion posters on the Bart public transportation system. These posters were - it is the Bay Area afterall - mostly defaced. Jon Carroll wrote a column where he described similar defacement activities he did as a kid and pronounced himself as agnostic on the issue - neither for or against defacing speech you disagree with. Yes, this is a newspaper columnist that is okay with the concept of blocking speech if someone disagrees with it. Fascism has quite the future in San Francisco.Comment Posted By Sweetie On 17.04.2006 @ 18:35
And here I thought 'ingnorant mouthbreathers' was a compliment. I thought I was being seduced by the Dems. My bad.
Tano - can we say that the Chairman of the Party speaks for the party? Or do we have to find the 48 million or so that voted for Kerry and get their take on every issue before making any statements regarding the party?Comment Posted By Sweetie On 17.04.2006 @ 17:18
