DECLASSIFIED NIE LEAVES UNANSWERED QUESTIONS

First Dale thanks for the excellent post.

Excellent clarity without stepping over the exposure line you have to walk being a past analysist.

Suggestion to Rick, it's your blog and show, but setting up an interview with him for your show should be a must in my humble opinion.

THE WAGES OF SIN

I'm 5'9 and weigh in at a monstorous 119lbs, yup got to walk in circles to cast a shadow.

But somehow when I sit down to the table, people gain weight just watching me eat.

Have you ever noticed if you go to one of those resturants that offer supersized steaks with the guarantee a free meal to anyone who can consume it, the most of the pictures on the wall of the people who do are suprisingly skinny runts?

BLOG STRIKE. MASSIVE DAMAGE. NEWS AT 11:00

Crosspatch

The media may think they have just stubbed their toe, but actually they have suffered damage to a more personal part of their anatomy.

However discrediting the only source of our view of the world as we see it gives creedence to the fact that we are now blind and dumb.

If the MSM is discredited, as well it should be, what is an alternate source to get a view of the world.

They hold us hostage, they have us by the short hairs because of their reach. Sad but true.

Foreign blogs give us a wedge to the alternative sourcing, but even they are trying to get sense out of the reality, a hard task at any level.

We are inundated with a catastrophy of causes and it is hard to select the wheat from the chaff.

Perhaps this may shake out soon, but I think it will result in an extended conflict of logic darkness.

Bloggers can deconstrut stories and fairytails all day long, but for the average person they have to have some reliance on the msm to provide at least an account they can disagree with.

If we can't rely on the msm to give at least a reasonable picture of world events, then we are left blind and dumb.

We don't have a counterculture source, only a counterculter debunking team.

Have we witnessed the death of reporting?

Giving facts to be fairly evaluated is somehow being lost here, and that is a terrible shame.

The MSM will try to shlep their credibilty back, but to most it has all the earmarks of getting your second chance at virginity.

THE IMMORALITY OF THE DEMOCRATS' POSITION ON THE WAR

The electrical supply problems in Iraq are well documented to the fact that many of the population now have air conditioners now that did not have them before. The total kw being delivered is about what was there in Saddam days, it is just that the demand has jumped so much it is overloading the infrastructure.

This will be dealt with when stability improves.

Even in our own country not torn by war, we have rolling blackouts and such. To not expect less in an area where infrasture is attacked to make life bad, but which doesn't catch as many headlines, should not be a great shock.

PLEASE ADJUST YOUR TINFOIL HATS BEFORE BOARDING....

Let me see, each week we are inundated with stories leaked to the press on another program to detect bad guys around the country.

Doesn't it seem a little odd given this state of affairs that after all this time nobody has squealed on the required conspiracy with a cast of thousands necessary to carry it off.

WILL THE RIGHT SELF-DESTRUCT OVER IMMIGRATION?

Another thought occurred to me on the issue of an amnesty "solution"

Many can document how the mass of illegal aliens are low educated and low skilled and due to their status use false documents or under the table jobs to survive here and send back by many estimates 20 billion dollars a year earned in this country and not reinvested in our economy.

I submit for consideration, that if they are legalized in such large numbers and thus compete for jobs in the open economy and come out of the shadows all sorts of unforseen impacts will occur.

If it wouldn't cause such a backlash, I bet GM for example would love to throw the UAW out the front door to allow the newly authorized to perform such rocket science tasks as mounting tires on your next car.

Also the argument for illegals doing jobs americans wont do, if you look for example at a farmer who has a crop of lettuce that needs to be harvested by those illegals. Well part of the reason citizens wont do the job is that it does not pay enough to legally support your family. I don't have the analysis I read on this recently but an article I read somewhere supported the fact that even if farmers had to triple their wages to attract american workers to perform their harvest work the impact on the end cost of lettuce would be negligible, since labor costs are such a small percentage of their overall production costs.

Might I suggest for reading the following on the "cost" of illegal immigrants in this country today

http://www.fairus.org/site/PageServer?pagename=research_localcosts

Also they have advanced a seven step plan that could result in effect to having the illegals deport themselves
