Third, the scary part is if he has in fact cut a deal with Eric Holder and Company. He gets off lighter if he tells all, and this is before he does tell us anything worthwhile to add to his 55 minute interrogation. We may get bamboozled and spend a lot of money to verify or deny what this low-life says and end up with a fistful of sand.

Let me get this straight, the failed bomber not only doesn't wait until trial to spill the beans, but his is in fact fully cooperating and you're upset.
I believe that's fully in line with the thesis of the OP, the GOP is full of oddly pissed off and angry people.
These are "patriots" who suddenly find they can no longer stand life in America when the other side gets to run the country in accordance with, you know an election.

It is interesting that Obama has so many enemies and so many causes.Of course when you do this, you overwhem the people and when this happens you can pretty much spend all the money you want. He has to spend all of our money because, in his own words, "it's not fare that there are those who have more than others".
If he is successful, no one, especially the poor, will have anything...except him and his friends.
Imagine America with no money and a weakend military.
This man, Obama, has a hatred for America like nothing I have ever seen before.

The Narcissist in Chief is now telling people how to spend their money, and how they shouldn't go to Las Vegas. Now I'm not one to promote gambling and such. But when the President thinks he can tell the American people they shouldn't buy a boat, or shouldn't travel to a place of their choosing, we are in serious serious trouble. This is how Dictators rule. The Democrats have voted in a Socialist/Marxist who will continue to try and tell everyone else how to live. You know it's kind of funny that the Hope and Change the Democrats voted for, has turned into a want to be Dictator, and if they don't start to speak out, soon they won't have free speech.And if you think others don't have a right to speak out against this Tyranny, then you have drinking way too much koo-aid from the Communist network of MSNBC.This president is a man that refuses to even verify where he was born (and spent millions hiding it). Hidden all documents from when he was in college. He even went to African 7 or 8 years ago to promote a Communist ruler. This is what we have in the Oval Office. Way to go Democrats!!!

I don't suggest that people who vote Republican are fooled into doing so, simply that the GOP is good at picking issues over which you make dumb electoral choices.
Henry Hyde moaning about the babies comes to mind, as your people vote over and over again for politicians who assure you THEY will be the ones to finally end abortion. So you overlook their lack of fiscal restraint and votes against things like extending unemployment insurance because of **the babies**, moan, wail.
You'd really like health insurance at reasonable rates, no rescission or pre-existing condition clauses, but you dislike gays marrying more than your health so you vote for the firebrand who will protect marriage while make do with no coverage, one illness away from catastrophe.
You'd go find Bin Laden yourself in the hills of Pakistan if you could, but since you can't you vote for the meanest sounding war hawk you can, never mind he's a global warming denialist and believes the Earth is 4,000 years old.
So yes, people vote the GOP for a lot of narrow, and to my mind stupid reasons, but you do it with your eyes wide open.

And BTW, a construction worker is exactly the kind of person who should be shouting from the rooftops for affordable Universal Health coverage so employers in the United States can compete against countries that do offer such insurance.
Should you ever get hurt on the job or develop a pre-existing condition like arthritis try moving to another state and get coverage. Your chances of finding a reasonablypriced policy with a company that won't be drop you the first time you get sick are between slim and not a chance in hell.

Illegal aliens have destroyed this State and economy mr.bottoms, would you like to come try and compete against illegal aliens in the Construction Industry in CA?
I'm a software developer, so I compete against 18 year olds kids barely old enough to shave who are living in Belarus and India.

I'm no fan of H1B's believe me, but you can make the case against illegal immigration without coming off as a racist hothead.
The GOP has not mastered that skill, and since their track record for putting minorities into office, black folks in particular is so dismal they have no credibility when it comes time to make their case.
I simply put forth that come spring there will be lots of rally and protests all featuring guys with guns and signs that will embarrass and anger people you might otherwise attract to your party. All this has happened before and it will happen again.
