Mr. Moran, this appears to be several levels of disingenuousness. The Republicans owned both the WH and Congress for 46 months while the war raged on. The Democrats have controlled Congress--by a thread--for all of 3 months. To pretend they share an equal responsibility to fix this debacle is both parts unfair and ludicrous.
