Since Fred was McCain's National co-chairman on his 2000 campaign, and their voting records are virtually identical, perhaps McCain is the best choice for Fred Heads...

As for New Hampshire, they did chose Pat Buchanan over Dole in '96, so they aren't above choosing freaks in NH.
