My vote is Bill Buchanan, a man with integrity who strives to always do the right thing. Too good not to kill off. They bring in a new guy or gal next year - if there is a next year - whose devotion is primarily to personal politics or is a deep cover double agent. Lots can be done with that scenario. However, my hunch is that the first poster is correct. Chloe it will be.
