There's a 100% chance it will not be televised. Federal court proceedings do not allow cameras.Comment Posted By Juan Paxety On 14.11.2009 @ 17:44
I still suffer a little from PTSD as the result of an automobile accident years ago. The textbook definition is - Post-traumatic stress disorder is a type of anxiety disorder. It can occur after you've seen or experienced a traumatic event that involved the threat of injury or death.
I don't see how PTSD could possibly be transferred by talking to someone who underwent a traumatic event. The definition requires that the sufferer went through the event.
I don't believe PTSD could have anything to do with it.Comment Posted By Juan Paxety On 6.11.2009 @ 17:24
Something terrible will happen on December 21, 2012 - something terrible happens every day.
I predict President Obama will nullify the election a month prior that turned him from office. How's that for hysteria?Comment Posted By Juan Paxety On 19.10.2009 @ 14:32
Newspapers, and television, too, made a huge mistake when they decided to view reporters as an expense rather than an asset. As a result, they stopped reporting what most folks subscribed for - local news. They filled their pages with AP stories and syndicated opinion. They thought they were saving money because they focused solely on the quarterly bottom line. They were actually destroying their asset.Comment Posted By Juan Paxety On 21.09.2009 @ 10:33

The problem that I have, and that folks I talk with have, is the state party dictating who is going to be allowed to run for what office. Republican officials have told Rubio to drop out and to run instead for Attorney General. Current AG Bill McCollum is the anointed Republican candidate for Governor. It's the Bob Dole/John McCain - it's their turn - syndrome all over again. The party leadership seems to think it can control who is going to hold office.
I say let Rubio and Crist slug it out.Comment Posted By Juan Paxety On 16.05.2009 @ 04:52
I'm disturbed by the cult of religion in the politics of both left and right. On the right, it's the promotion of a very narrow fundamentalist Protestant view as the only view of Christianity - and, thus, conservative values.
On the left, it's taken the universal human need to sacrifice and feel cleansed and twisted it to feel cleansed by making others sacrifice.Comment Posted By Juan Paxety On 12.05.2009 @ 16:48
At least Chloe put to good use her year off due to the writer's strike. She obviously attended both medical school and dental school.Comment Posted By Juan Paxety On 27.01.2009 @ 17:29
