IF ELECTED, OBAMA WILL BE MY PRESIDENT
Thank you for this article. This concept has been top of the mind since I caught up on the debates. Here's why: Whenever Obama had the opportunity, he said something to the effect of, "It was your President, John, who..." I realize he is trying to tie McCain to Bush, but if Obama is elected, won't he want to be everyone's president too? Not just the Dems? Perhaps someone should forward him this article to read...
PS - Re: the moon landings. My husband and I are in our early-thirties and recently watched a documentary on them. It's sad, but we can't even imagine a time when the whole country could pull together and be so unified and joyously patriotic about something like that.
