Gilipollas. At least in the part of the Spanish world I'm from. It does seem to fit Don Villaraigosa to a T.
By the way, MEChA is one of those cute acronyms: it actually means fuse in Spanish, like in a bomb. Just in case people have any doubts about these people's intentions.
