OBAMA PULLS THE TRIGGER: NOW HOW ABOUT SOME FOLLOW THROUGH?
Seems to point rather clearly to the need for the Somalis to get organized and form a government. But would they do that? Not likely. It just plain too much fun living in anarchy. This every man for himself thing obviously appeals to them; they have stayed with it for quite a while now. This seems to be cultural, and that suggest strongly that it cannot be changed by outside "aid" or other help.
