I worked for Billie Sol after his release from Federal Prison in the early 90's. All of his employees at his business except for me were ex-cons. He helped a lot of people. He knew how hard it was for an ex-con to earn a living, so he helped as he could. I will always think of him as a best friend and second father. We had some fascinating conversations and yes he was a con man, but he was like Robin Hood to me, as I said he helped a lot of people. I am just so sorry I lost touch with him.
