I agree that she's in much pain. Someone who cares about her needs to sit with her, put their arms around her and advise her to go home and snuggle with her babies. To avoid the limelight for awhile until she can gather strength and think straight. Being a mother would help her to do that. It's so obvious that if she doesn't make changes she will continue on a downhill path. Her babies need their Mom, and she needs them.
