Post-election blahs? There are a few blogs I read less often when there's less political news. This is one of those. I was reading it once or twice a day, now it's down to 3-4 times a week.

I don't have the energy to look up my sources* for this right now so you can this with as many grains of salt as you wish.
But I read that at Yalta conference Stalin agreed to fight Japan 90 days after the defeat of Germany. VE day was May 8th. So Stalin did what he agreed to do.*Wikipedia agrees but I don't trust wiki.

Not as convoluted as last years where they tried to melt down 113 reactors so they could shoot down air force one so they could steal the "football" so they could find and steal ONE nuke and launch it towards Los Angeles.
