Hi, I was comment #136 and thanks for the nice email. I read the Comprehensive Emergency Management Report twice and still don't see where it referred to buses being used for evacuation. Can you please put an exact quote in that entry?

The first TP reference to the convention center was on Tuesday, 8/30 between 1:55 am and 8:40 am.
